RETURN & REFUND POLICY
EFFECTIVE: February 11, 2026
At Excuse Me, I Arted!, every product is made with creativity, care, and intention. We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
• Digital downloads
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Print-on-demand items (unless defective or incorrect)
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping)
🚚 DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
💳 REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.
📬 RETURN SHIPPING
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages
🔁 EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
🎨 PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS (PRINTIFY)
Most of our products are printed on demand through trusted production partners.
Because each item is made specifically for you:
• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrect orders
• Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference
Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before ordering.
💌 DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products are final sale.
Refunds are not available once files have been delivered or accessed.
