Thank you for shopping with Excuse Me, I Arted! Where chaos is creative and healing is stylish. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order gets from our studio (and trusted print partners) to your doorstep.
🖌️ Order Processing Time
Most items are made to order through our trusted production partner (Printify).
Processing time: 3–7 business days
During high-volume periods (product drops, holidays, launches), processing may take up to 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Time (After Processing)
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• High seasonal demand
We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package has left our facility.
📦 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive:
• A tracking number via email
• A link to monitor delivery progress
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
🎨 Multiple Shipments
Because some items are produced in different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages. This is normal. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
🌍 International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
• Customs fees
• Import duties
• VAT or additional country-specific taxes
Excuse Me, I Arted! is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
📬 Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
• We are not responsible for lost packages
• Re-shipping fees will apply

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description
We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
